　　該設(shè)備主要采用同步輸送技術(shù)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)獸醫(yī)對同一頭豬的胴體，紅臟白臟的同步檢疫，以確保最徹底的檢疫，保證出廠的產(chǎn)品全部經(jīng)過完整的檢疫。紅白內(nèi)臟可以自動脫鉤、翻盤；沖洗裝置可以實(shí)現(xiàn)手動及自動雙向控制洗盤，自動化程度進(jìn)一步提高。圓盤式落地衛(wèi)檢在胴體輸送機(jī)下面運(yùn)行，使白內(nèi)臟直接落入盤內(nèi)，避免了操作人員轉(zhuǎn)身操作，減輕了勞動強(qiáng)度，提高了工作效率。
　　It adopts synchronous conveying technology and realises the synchronous quarantine for carcass, red and white viscera, make sure the engrained inspection and guarantee all product being inspected before delivery. Red and white viscera can automatically unhook and tip over the tray. As for washing device, it allows both manual and auto two way control washing tray, where further increase the level of automation. Besides, the white viscera can fall into the tray because the inspection operates under the carcass conveyor, which is reduces the labor intensity and increase productivity.
